If "cheap" is the main requirement, then sure, you can't do better, I guess.

You could go to PCPartPicker and see if some higher-quality components are available for the same prices. Since you don't give prices, it's hard to see if we can do better.

Everywhere I look, that motherboard is out of stock, which makes me think you are not buying in the USA?

I'm always very uncomfortable with budget brands PSUs. They have the potential to destroy every component in your machine if the fail catastrophically - and they could even set your house on fire. Not saying it will happen, though.

Here are some suggestions: Note that I added the OS in my last tow configurations. If you remove that, they are significantly cheaper than your configurations.
