Question Cheap GPU for an Asus P6X58D-E motherboard ?

I need a cheap GPU for an Asus P6X58D-E motherboard. The computer is a backup.

Well, any PCI-E 2.0 or PCI-E 3.0 GPU would do. Better to get one with max 75W TDP, so that you don't need additional power from PSU, via PCI-E power cable.

I only saw selection on that site. I had a nurvus break down and I can not think straight

In pcpp, and if you use Interface filter, then this suits your MoBo:

PCIe x16

PCI-E x8 and PCI-E x1 also work, but performance wise, lower than GPU that runs on PCI-E x16.

Still, all three can be seated into PCI-E x16 slot without issues.

Cheap, low power, passive cooling. Only good to output to several monitors.
So, if you don't game/render, it's good option.
