Cheap GPU for counter-strike 1,6

Hey guys I need cheap graphic card for counter-strike 1.6 which lets play with a steady 100 fps. I immediately thought about GT 730 GDRR5. Is this a good choice? In 2009-2014 I played with the 9600gt and that was enough

Seeing how the requirements are a 16-32MB video card, That 9600gt was overkill, Yes a 730 will get well over 100fps.

i have i5 2400 with HD 2000 and I can not play comfortably, fps drops from 100 to 40
