cheap graphics card that will run BF4 on medium 60fps Help ME please

I just bought battlefield 4 and i cant really play the game all too great i have everything on low but it plays really BAD haha guess i should have read requirements. I just thought if i could run BF3 on medium i would be able too run BF4 on low...yeah not the case so i'm looking too get a new graphics card i don't need too play on ultra would prefer too play on medium or high with 60fps.
I don't know anything about computers so im looking for help here are my computer specs
processor-intel core 2 duo e8500 @3.16Ghz
RAM-4 GB
operating system-32bit windows 7
current graphics card-geforce gts 450
and my monitor is a 24inch 1920x1080

Everybody has a different idea of what 'cheap' is, how about an upper limit? Also, what PSU do you have?

The GPU isn't what's going to decide what performance you get, your CPU is going to take a beating from BF4. I'm assuming you have a prebuilt, so your PSU probably isn't very strong. I would go with a 750 or 750 Ti because of that. Will get you about the best you can get in BF4.

260x or 750 Ti would probably be your best performance bet, you will see a combo of med/high at 60 fps. Would be a pretty good setup

Overclocking is way too much to explain here lol

Sli is adding another same gpu to your setup to theoretically double performance. What it does is use both cards simultaneously to process the graphics. Games have to be optimized for sli compatibility, so you see anywhere from 90% gains, to actually decreasing performance with it. Generally it's a positive though. The 750 ti allows for sli in the future if you go that route. Your motherboard will have to support it though

Actually a Radeon 7790/R7 260X would suffice. They are cheaper than the GTX 750 Ti, and somewhat faster. Unless you have a really crap PSU, you should go get a 7790/260X
