Cheap Graphics cards and CPUs?

I have a really old gaming computer that I want to upgrade. What are some cheap graphics card and CPUs that can run modern games at a good FPS?

If you are willing to accept "Medium" settings (which still look pretty good in modern games), a R7 260X or GTX750Ti (now around $110) with an i3 (<$120) on a B85 motherboard (<$70) will do well for you, possibly playing some games with "High" settings.
