cheap high performance laptop

Ok so I need to choose a laptop under £400 for my mum, she will use it for work asan accountant and will use it for general browsing, I know most laptops will deliver these basic requirements but I want that little bit extra on the side for when she needs it, also something with speedy boot times would work fabulously. Well thanks a lot, any suggestions?

All you need is a laptop that's easy to use (that's hard to find on any laptop these days) and a SSD, don't worry too much about everything else except having enough RAM.
