Cheap Internet Adapters

Im looking for an intenet adapter for my 800$ budget gaming build. The build is

Asus m5a97 motherboard
AMD FX 6300 cpu
R9 280 gpu
EVGA 600B power supply
8 GB GSkill ripjaws x series
NZXT source 210
WD Blue 1TB
Hyper 212 evo for overclocking
Windows 8.1

Also another question would be is there any other way i could get windows legally without having to spend so much money. Im selling my old pc and im buying this one and is there a way i can copy system 32 or something like that.
