Cheap laptop for playing teamfortress 2

Ok... i would like to ask you guys for a cheap laptop that could run team fortress 2 on ultra settings or high settings at 60 frames per second. I myself am not someone who plays games on a laptop, but my brother wants to play team fortress 2 with me and he just wants to know what laptop he could get that is cheap. thank you C:
