Cheap LED Fans

Hello Tom's, I want to ask, is there any cheap LED fans 120 mm, and preferably silent? I'd pick Sentry 2 as a Fan Controller later/when saved enough money, Id want to change/add an LED fan to my Hyper 212x, and want to add some LED strip like NZXT 1m one, suggestions and opinions accepted

Also, The Cougar Dual-X sounds pretty cheap and looks sweet, is it silent and performs great?

Yes , I own those Cougars they are very good , buy them if they are available to you.

For the CPU cooler, a Noctua nf-P12 pwm, extremely silent, excellent radiator/tower fan, about the best there is in performance and quality (downside-ugly Brown colouring) for case fans I like the bitfenix spectre pro series.

Noctuas are ugly, and Im currently modding my Rig, so nope, they're also expensive

HOw about the normal series of Bitfenix? is it as good/slightly bad? the Pro one is expensive here
