[SOLVED] Cheap m-ATX mobo for 3000g?

Solution
I know that the b450m HDV r4.0 is like $60 and supports is
No, not necessarily. It may not have a BIOS update and refuse to boot with a 3000g.

The only Ryzen 3xxx compatible motherboards that will not need a bios update would be any X570, Any MSI B450/A320 MAX, or one specific Asrock B450 model.

Solution
Yeah, there's a difference between "Capable of supporting xxxx CPU" and native/guaranteed out-of-the-box support for xxxx CPU. One may require an older CPU installed to perform a BIOS update first, the other doesn't.

I also never choose motherboards with only 2 RAM slots unless they're mITX. Especially since, if you're looking for boards that cheap in the first place, you're likely not buying a "proper" amount of RAM for the system to last its lifetime. So you're going to have to add RAM later when you can afford it.

Well I’m not going to overclock, so that a320 one will work fine.
Just double checking, it does support the 3000g out of the box right?
