I am looking to build a cheap Media Center computer. As CHEAP as possible.
I don't really have a budget for this, but if it's low enough I will purchase it. I want a computer that has enough storage space to almost be a server, at least 5 3.5" drive bays, but as small of a case as possible. I am going to be using it to store media files, and have the program Plex Media Server serve the content to TV's and computers, as a media center.
No monitor needed, no OS needed. I am in Canada, and have no preference on anything.
