Hi. I'm thinking about cheap mini itx build for basic tasks: web browsing, movies, etc. Via hdmi cable to tv. So maybe it need wifi keyboard and mouse? What components should be? Maybe something from amd fx, or older fm2+ athlons, apus? Don't know budget, but thinking something about good price/performance build?

Few words
Put in latest AMD APU, R3 2200G which has Vega 8 on-board graphics. CPU cooler is included with CPU. For MoBo, picked Gigabyte mini-ITX board which comes with built-in wi-fi and HDMI 2.0 monitor ports. I also added 1x 8GB RAM stick since for web browsing, you don't need 16GB of RAM. MoBo has 2x RAM slots, so you can always add another stick of RAM to get 16GB. For storage, put in Samsung 970 Evo M.2 NVMe SSD which has extremely fast read/write speeds. Since 970 Evo is M.2 drive, it mounts directly to the MoBo, keeping your build free of SATA drives and their cables. Also, 250GB is more than enough for OS and then some. Case comes from Fractal Design and is HTPC type, which considerably lessens the space taken up by PC. And lastly, PC is powered by Seasonic Focus SGX 450 (80+ Gold) fully-modular PSU. With this build, you only need to connect 2x power cables: 24-pin ATX and 4/8-pin EPS12V.

Oh, i can't suggest which wireless KB and mice to go for since choosing KB and mice are personal choices. Pick the ones that you seem to like the most.
