Cheap Mobile Data for Very Low Traffic

I have a Withings Smart Body analyser which can sync with my smartphone using Bluetooth. This is unreliable and to get the full features of the analyser it needs to be connected to WiFi. However, the scale won't connect to enterprise WiFi networks, such as the eduroam WiFi network used at my university.

My question is this: are there any mobile internet deals at very low costs suited to very low volumes. So far the best I can find is GiffGaff, whose internet costs 20p/day up to 20MB. However, even this works out to about £70 per year. Are there any more specialist providers where I can pay less for a very small amount of data (say 100MB) per month?

That is a normal price fro a data plan and a bit on the cheap side, although I don't know the prices overseas, in the US I think the cheapest data plan would be about $20 a month for 1 gig a month. 20MB a day for a month is about 600MB so you have 60% of the plan at 50% of the cost. There are some cheaper places that offer a $5 / mo plan for 300MB but that is on top of the device connection fee which is $10 for a tablet, so comes out to $15 a month, still more than what you have for less data.
