Cheap motherboard with broken onboard video

Hi, i'm planning to buy a motherboard and i saw one on a popular buying and selling site here in Argentina.
The only problem is that the onboard video seems to be broken.
Should i take the risk?

That board only provides the video port. The graphics controller is integrated into the CPU. So, not sure if the integrated video issue was related to board, or CPU, or else.

It might not work with that one, without a BIOS update (ask the seller if board's BIOS updated). If not updated, I suggest using a supported CPU.
