cheap motherboard with good cpu or fiar motherboard and cpu???

I am building my first gaming pc this holiday season and I have everything figured out except the cpu

so which of these is best I can OC

970 chipset motherboard
fx-8350

OR

990fx chipset
fx-8320

I want something that will last for a couple of years
both motherboards are ASUS and are not the best by not the worst
I will not go intel as the cpu's at this price range are not that bad but the motherboards are too pricy and would run my budget over

Not much. Maybe 4.0-4.1 ( the stock speed of the 8350 is 4.0 Ghz)

Not much. Maybe 4.0-4.1 ( the stock speed of the 8350 is 4.0 Ghz)
