Question cheap old build

i am looking at building a very cheap but usable gaming pc for 1080 res. i am using a very old cpu i7 860 which i hope to over clock to 4ghz. ram will be 16gb 2200mhz and gpu r9 290x 4gb. 500w psu. i bought the board for £45 and cpu for £20. graphics for £45 and psu for £20. ram was £30. so all together £160. looking at playing gta5, fortnite, battlefield, cod. witcher 3. any idea what settings i would be able to run and what frame rate i would achieve. thanks

well ive decided to get an 850w psu. im sticking with i5 750 as i have tried overclocking the 860 and it gets way to hot. i got an arctic freeze for cpu works well on the 750. i5 750 now clocked at 3.8ghtz temps at 100% hit 70 max idles at around 35. only got my old r9 270 2gb in at mo but im hitting 60fps on high settings. when i get 290x or gtx 1070 would it get bottle necked or would it be alright
