so my dad was talking to this one dude that was fixing his laptop and was saying how I was getting ready to build my self a new computer, he said that he could get a 2080ti with an i9 fully build computer for 1800$?!?!?!?!?!?! that just seems impossible but if it can save me 1000$ and get better components ill just customize the parts that I want to. but I've called him and he hasn't called me back, I was just wondering if any of you guys knew how to get such a high-end computer for so cheap without having relations with MSI or Nvidia or whatever. his company is out of his house so I don't think he has those connections that's why I'm asking

Even the crappiest build I could manage is still $2000
