Cheap PC Build $500

Can someone make me a cheap PC build? Nothing over the top, but a good computer that can play the latest games on low settings, 60 fps, at least. I say this because I plan on playing older titles and not so demanding games at good settings to high settings at 1080p 60 fps (Fallout series, Elder Scrolls series, Prison Architect, Sims series, Cities Skylines). I would like to have a GTX 1060, but at this price point, it's basically impossible. Still, I would like it to have an NVIDIA card but it's not necessary (Can be amd to help with budget). Don't spend more than $500 and I already have a monitor, mouse, and keyboard. I am currently playing on my laptop which isn't very good which has an i3-3217U 1.8GHz, 4gb RAM, Intel HD 4000, so anything is an upgrade really. Thanks

i concur with bad actor i would get the cheapest rx 470 you can find instead of the 1050 but besides that very decent pc shuld have no issues even with some triple aaa titles
