cheap pc build to stream steam and movies from gaming pc.

As the title says, looking to just surf the web and stream to my TV downstairs from my gaming rig upstairs.
The gaming rig:
i7 2700, gtx 770, 16gig 1866 ram, etc.

looking for something cheap to run linux.

Try out the Intel Pentium G3258 and maybe have 4 gigabytes of ram instead of 2 gigabytes
