Cheap PC for streaming

Hey! could you tell me would this pc be good for streaming LOL(league of legends)? As I dont know much about pc's. Please help

My first advice is to stay away from SFF (Small Form Factor) and USFF (Ultra Small) PC's for gaming. Mostly due to their lack of upgradability. Most cannot even take a decent video card and often they have weak proprietary Power Supply that you can't upgrade either.

Are you planning to play on this pc and stream at the same time?

Yes I would be playing and streaming on this pc at the same time. It wouldn't handle it?

Nope, not at all and for exactly why I dont recommend sff/usff
