Not PCpartpicker.com, Not newegg.com, Not NCIX, No stores on pcpartpicker. Are there ANY other stores that are cheaper?

PCpartpicker just chooses the best prices from the various online sellers. It isnt a site where you order hardware from. If you are looking for cheaper prices, buy older gen hardware from ebay. Everyplace is pretty much the same pricewise cept maybe +/-$10-20 on things.

Refurb parts from any of the above sites, pcpartpicker specifically picks the lowest found price, so I would say no on new components.
