Asking for a friend who doesn't own a PC that can run these games. Looking for a cheap PC under $200 that can run these games if not cheaper.

Processor: 2.5 GHz Processor or better
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: 1GB dedicated VRAM or better
DirectX: Version 9.0c

With that kind of budget you're looking at a system with a C2Q and a cheapo graphics card off Craigslist or eBay.

Maybe you should save up more money so you can buy a cheap prebuilt that will run those games just fine, unless you want to do a hunt for cheap used (and possibly sketchy) parts.
 


A pre-built PC that can run these games would be perfect. I'm just trying to help a friend in need, but lack the smarts to know what would work.
 


I second this. NEW prebuilts start at around $300 and offer garbage price-performance.

Add a gt1030 and another 4gb ram for a total of 8gb and a 1tb hard drive if the system doesn't have one, you will have a nice gaming pc which can even run latest AAA games at 900-1080p medium settings.

Ebay is not a great option TBH. With Craigslist you can actually go to their house and watch them test it.
