Cheap PC to play Battlefield on medium settings

Ok so I am wanting a desktop computer for a reasonably low price between $1000-$1500. I'm wanting a PC that can run Battlefield 4 on at least medium settings and can run todays generation of games on an ok quality. If anyone has any suggestions please do tell me because the Xbox one is way to low on quality and same with the PS4 and they both lack of games to play. I was looking at a PC on Cyberpower.com and the PC I was looking at was the Fang III Cobra, the PC is great and all but the second computer part on the top was dumb and pointless and it was a little bit of a high price. Also to note the PC I am looking for needs to be able to run good with Fraps and recording game footage for streaming and YouTube.

I'd recommend getting an intel i5 4670k + gtx 760 and build the pc over these 2 components. I'd say these two are a must have, the rest is up to you and your budget.

With that price range you can definitely find a custom-built PC to play BF4. If you want to consider iBUYPOWER, I'd consider this desktop from Newegg (http://www.neweggbusiness.com/product/product.aspx?item=9b-83-227-505)

It's currently $959.99, which I think is a great price and it's below $1,000. You could build one on our site (www.ibuypower.com), but the cost may be much greater.

This build also includes an Intel-4770 with a NVIDIA 760 GTX 2GB. Based on this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xxJGZ8VwoJA&noredirect=1) and from what I've read, you can definitely run BF4 in high settings with 60 fps.
