Cheap power supply is it worth it?

Hi guys I want to know if this guy here http://www.hkc-europe.com/product_detail.asp?id=701 can give me a low-mid gaming pc power i dont care about the graphics quality or other shit just want to play League of Legends at stable 60 fps lock... i wonder if it can handle a Pentium dual core e5200
a 8800gtx or a gts 250 (im planning to buy) a dvd/cd drive and a regular sata 150gb

that is a very old psu. you'd be better served by a newer, better quality psu regardless of pc configuration.

I know but I cant no store available the only one is very very far I cant order online + my budget
