Cheap Power Supply

I got $20 to spend, need a PSU that's over 400W with more than 24 Amps on the 12V rail

Is this any good? Running an older AM2 build with 4 gigs DDR2 DUal Core 6000+ and an MSI GTX 550ti and only using the sata for the hard drive, no optical drive, and a cooling fan on the back of the case with stock AM2 heatshink fan

A $20.00 PSU is a danger to run , that Apevia is horrible quality.

Anything you buy in the $20 dollar range has the off chance of dying and taking other parts of your PC with it.
