Cheap, quality 19 inch lcd

Hi, im looking at getting a 19 inch monitor soon, and i dont really have a clue when it comes to lcds, id like something that had at least 5ms response time, and is below 250 AUS dollars,
any help would be much appreciated

im not really sure about your budget, but i know that my 19"monitor (1440*900) was cheap and extremely good.

it is LG. im not sure if they stil;l make it, but they will have similar products.
it has DVI and VGA
2000:1 contrast ratio
5ms response. i am very happy with, great to game on.
