Cheap RAM, is it real?

Found some rather cheap Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB 1866 RAM on ebay and the seller seems 100% real but the price is way lower. Should I trust this or not?

well how cheap is it ? and you can try contacting the guy who is selling it and ask some question about it but all at the end is trusting him

Over 2000 sales and high rating. Legit of course. He prob bought tons when they were on some sort of sale somewhere (example Micro Center).

Edit: Just like when people were selling copies of Windows 8 just before 8.1 came out, for like 60 dollars. They bought oodles of them when they were first out and Microsoft was selling them for dirt cheap at the start.
