Question Cheap RAM overclock vs Expensive RAmM overclock

Hello, I wanted to ask if I can overclock a cheap RAM (No heat spreaders, just a green stick) as much as I can overclock an expensive one(Eg. Corsair Venegance, HyperX fury).
Also which would be more durable?

There's a reason they put heat spreaders on better RAM, it's not that it is not possible to OC them a bit but much depends on the rest of system, namely MB; CPU and BIOS. They are not cheaper because of heat spreaders but because they are with lesser performance so OC can't be as good.
