Cheap SoC with built in RAID controller

Hi everyone, as the title suggests I'm looking to build a system using an inexpensive SoC motherboard that supports RAID since I'll be putting two drives in RAID 1.
I was looking at these but I'm not sure if any of them support RAID out of the box:

Unfortunately, none of those support RAID. You've got two options:
1. Use an add-in card (~$30-100). Bonus is, you can get more that 2 ports.
