Cheap upgrade

I want to upgrade mu signature. Problem is that i dont have enough money for any serious upgrade so i thought that i could get AMD3200+ s939 and A8V mobo (their prices fit into my budget). I need your opinion about this?

My signature is Celly D320 s478, P4V8X mobo, 1GB RAM, ATI 9600XT, but i forgot to post it!
