I am on a low budget for a cooler and I have got an i7 4770k. so I need to get a good cooler because they run really hot. I don't really want to use air because it isn't cool enough but water cooling is too expensive. So I've decided with the most amazingest yummiest plan ever; make my own water cooler. How do I plan to do this you may ask. Well, I have found a cheap radiator from Hong Kong ( http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/120mm-Aluminum-Computer-Radiator-Water-Cooling-Cooler-for-CPU-LED-Heatsink-New-/251631676700?pt=UK_Computing_Other_Computing_Networking&hash=item3a966aad1c) which I'll be using and an Arctic F12 fan. However, I'm not very skilled with water cooling and I do not know all the parts so I need help with what I need and the cheapest option to get them. I am aiming for £25ish. I don't need amazing lights and shit, I just want a decent cooler that is safe. BTW I will be using distilled water as a coolant.
