Cheap white cpu cooler

I need a cheap ($25) cpu cooler for a white build im doing
I have a locked cpu so im not going to be doing any overclocking

PC specs:
cpu: i5-2320
ram: 16G Kingston HyperX savage DDR3
gpu: Gigabyte GTX 960 2G

That cooler has quite poor temps.

@OP, get either the Cryorig M9i (Black) for $20, or the Cryorig H7 (White) for $35.
I know it goes over your budget a touch, but both are much better than the arctic.

A 2320 won't push it anywhere near problem area temp wise. If he likes the look it'll do the job

Yeah, but the arctic coolers despite being good on paper are actually worse than the stock cooler quite a bit of the time unless you ramp up the fan curve.
I tried the Alpine 11 and I think Freezer 13, and the 13 was just on par with the stock one. (Skylake)
The 11 was worse.
