Cheap WiFi card? 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz!

I need a WiFi card so I can obviously connect omy router but my oruter supports 5ghz and it seems better so if I can get both frequencies that would be great! Preferably cheap and the small PCI slot not the longer one.

Anything good under £10? I don't mind if its only 2.4ghz at this point.
