Cheap Windows 10 Graphics Card PCI Express

I upgraded my mom's computer to Windows 10 but it will not recognize her graphics card. I think it is a Radeon X1300. What is a cheap graphics card that has drivers for Windows 10 please? I'm pretty sure it needs one that's compatible with PCI Express

Try ATI hd 5450 with amd driver worked for me
