Cheaper motherboard + PSU for R9 390-i7 4790k combo?

I need new motherboard + PSU for this combo because Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P + Enermax Naxn 500W doesn't seem to support these components. I dont want to spend a lot of money on this, so I'm searching for the cheaper components. If I need to spend more than 200 € I might consider changing the components... So, any suggestions?

I just took a quick look at the components at newegg so you might even find something cheaper than that.
But those two are very good quality components.
