Cheapest and quickest way to Upgrade win7 to win 10

i am currently running windows 7 but i need to upgrade to windows 10. and i would prefer to install with a USB stick ( since i dont have cd/dvd rom drives installed in my pc)

i am on a budget but i dont want a cracked or illegal copy of any sort. i am willing to purchase but saving money is always a plus!

No need to prove anything. Just accept licensing terms.
This does not require windows 10 key, but it requires legal/activated windows 7/8.1.
All the programs will remain. You may need to reinstall antivirus software and graphics card drivers.

While the official Upgrade window expired July 2016, reports here and in the media says it still works.
And not with the assistive tech concept....the regular Win 10 Upgrade.

All it needs is a currently activated Win 7 or 8.1 install.
Create your own Win 10 USB here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Boot from that and it will probably prompt you for the Upgrade.


Will it keep all of your existing applications, programs and files?
Probably.
But always...when doing a major change like this have your personal stuff backed up and offline during this process. Always.
Don't blame MS if things go wrong, and it eats your masters thesis.


If all that fails, buy a valid Win 10 OS.
From Microsoft or other valid retailer. OutletPC, Amazon, Newegg....
