Cheapest Card For 4K Video Playback?

This is mainly for video playback (iTunes, Netflix, etc) and upconverting only - my GTX 550TI isn't going to handle 4K resolutions so I am looking at upgrading the card to something more current. Would a GTX 750TI handle it or a GTX 760? Or should I look at splurging and getting a 960? Keep in mind this is not for gaming and I'm limited by the space of my case which is a Silverstone GD05B. I'm going to upgrade the GPU in my Dark Knight rig and at that point I'll have a free 760, that should work right?
