I'd guess that your case is ATX. Your hard drive is likely pretty close to dead, or useless- I'm presuming it's IDE. Here's a suggestion- maybe not the cheapest ever, but the cheapest I would bother with.
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Pentium G3258 3.2GHz Dual-Core Processor ($65.88 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Biostar Biostar Hi-Fi H81S2 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($52.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: Team Elite Plus 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($27.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Patriot Torch LE 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($34.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: Antec Basiq 350W ATX Power Supply ($26.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total:...

Oh my disk isn't 10years ago luckily,so I want to keep it. My disk is HDD I think...is it called HDD?

Thx though
