Corsair CX 650W M (NOT the green CX) would be a suitable replacement: http://www.amazon.in/dp/B01B72W1VA/?tag=pcp03-21 .

or if you don't mind mustard cables:

http://www.amazon.in/SEASONIC-S12II-SUPPLY-BRONZE-CERTIFICATION/dp/B005O8POA4/ref=sr_1_2?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1479727481&sr=1-2&keywords=Seasonic+S12Ii

To be perfectly clear the VS isn't a fire hazard or anything but it's extremely low quality and could take components with it if it dies, and with a 6600k and GTX 1060 in your system do you really want to take the risk?
With Skylake you can really hit close to the limits of your chip even with something like a Cryorig H7, so you don't need to go really cheap now and upgrade later. Really cheap coolers also save on cost by not including thermal paste in the box which you'd have to purchase separately, so a 15$ cooler ends up being around 20$.

That said, I wouldn't overclock anything with that PSU. In fact, I wouldn't power on a rig like that with a VS PSU.

cryorig h7 is very hard to find in india...and for PSU please suggest an alternative...i will take that out if that's dangerous.

Solution
have taken into account all the factors so decided to do following 2 things as suggested by @Mr Kagouris-
1. replacing my PSU with SEASONIC S12II SERIES 620W POWER SUPPLY W/80+ BRONZE CERTIFICATION
http://www.amazon.in/SEASONIC-S12II-SUPPLY-BRONZE-CERTIFICATION/dp/B005O8POA4/ref=sr_1_2?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1479727481&sr=1-2&keywords=Seasonic+S12Ii

2. buying the CPU cooler- cooler master hyper 212X as it fits the price to performence ratio.
http://www.amazon.in/dp/B00D2LZ3AG/?tag=pcp03-21

i think with proper air ventilation hyper 212x will do the job in future as well.
