Eventhough 760K is a good processor, your gpu wont show its full potential with that cpu. It will be bottlenecking in harsh scenery and heavy stuff... But on casual load it shall work fine.

I advise you to get at least fx6300 and clock it around 4GHz to have benefit full potential...

FX6300? you high nightraven? he would need a new mobo and then i advice switching to intel and getting a i7 4770 or intel xeon e3 v1230. never save at cpu, psu or mobo. they are the basics.

amd cpu´s arent really what you are looking for these days.
if you have a 300+dollar gpu. get at least a 200+dollar cpu. dont safe at the cpu and spend the money on the gpu. but i think its already too late for that since my reply is like several months too late.
even the fx6100 will bottleneck a bit
