cheapest cpu motherboard combo for streaming games

i want to upgrade my mobo and cpu for streaming games, but i need something below at least 300. i also have an htc vive so id like them to be vr compatible as well. i just cant find anything. any help would be great! i currently have an amd fx 6300 six core cpu, a gigabyte 970a-ds3p fx motherboard, 15 gb of ddr3 memory, and a msi gtx 1060 6gb gpu.
