why do you want 2 cpu computer, also multy socket boards are server and workstation exclusively, for normal user they offer more problems and issues than they ever would benefits, you can probably get one with two single core xeons on it or two single core opterons but nothing better

Do you mean 2 CPUs or 2-core CPU?
Do you want a whole PC for under $500 or just the dual-CPU and motherboard?

EDIT: just checked, it's impossible to get that under $500. Your only option is 1 CPU.
