cheapest gaming rig ideas?

hi ive not been here for a while, actually since my last build 3 odd years ago, the site feels a lot different now really ad heavy and the articles seem shorter and less indepth? maybe its just me and the bills do have to be paid i suppose, anyway i have a system to build for low to med settings gaming at 1080 for the absolute least amount of cash possible i have a 1155 pentium non running box dead mobo i think but it means i already have a psu case win 7 license (dont want 10!) dvd drive and 2x 4gb ddr3 sticks, seeing as i have ram i was maybe thinking of an amd fx build either the 63 or 8300 seeing as theyre almost free now!or possibly a ryzen 5 2400g apu but then the price starts to rise a bit as id need at least 8gb of fast ddr4.....anyway any ideas anyone? cheapest gaming rig thatll do 1080 gaming at 30plus fps left feild thinking encouraged thanks

No to FX anything. They are truly bad. Much better off looking for a used 4770/90 so you can reuse the ram.
