Cheapest Graphics Card for Dota 2

What would be the cheapest graphics card i can get that i would be able to run Dota 2 on highest settings at 30 fps, 1680 x 1050p. AMD or NVIDIA, it doesn't matter. Im not interested in a new PC build, i just plan on sticking it in to my current PC. MY PC has an Intel i3 530, 4 GB DDR3 RAM, and a 220W PSU, but i am able to upgrade the RAM and/or PSU if needed. If an upgrade of the PSU is needed, please also state the recommended wattage.

Your CPU will be the bottleneck if you go much above the GTX 750 Ti or R7-265. Maybe the R9-270.

he doesn't need to go this far.... a 730 will play dota

Honestly, go the gtx 750 ti. It's cheap, easy on power consumption and would get ultra presets at 1920x1080p with 60fps quite easily, let alone 1650x1080p
