Cheapest laptops with good screens

Hi. I am building a cheap monitor because it's cheap, and the diy factor. Does anyone know any 1080p 60hz(minimum) IPS displays that are in laptops. The type of laptops that are really common, so it's easy to find replacement screens and control boards for them. I don't care about size.
