I've never bought a mousepad before. The only time I've ever used one was almost 10 years ago.
I've been having a dust problem on my desk and the dust would stick to the bottom of my mouse and block the sensor. Also the bottom of the mouse started to wear out so I decided to buy one.

But since I'm a student and I don't want to spend too much, I found cheap mousepads on eBay Australia.

Here are the links.

They are all below $4 AUD. My main usage will be CS:GO

which one should I purchase? and also what is anti-slip? Does it mean the mousepad has a rough surface?

If you guys know any cheap mousepads, I would appreciate recommendations.

Solution
Go into any bookstore or electronics store. Buy the first mousepad you see, in your favorite color.
Don't screw around with potentially dodgy sellers on ebay.
Anti-slip is no longer relevant or important - - it used to be a desirable feature with old ball mice because they rely on good friction between surface & ball. Now the ball has gone, friction is no longer important.

Kill two birds with one stone and buy a mouse mat with integrated wrist-rest to minimise RSI.

All the ones you've listed are bad to be honest.
Both sellers also seems dodgy, as the mousepads are worth way more, and the third reseller has listed them as brand new unopened for $4. Additionally; FREE POSTING?! Internationally?!
The dodgy scale is off the charts.
It also says it will take 30-60 days to ship to AU, if at all.
Don't trust it.
The first is just a crap mousepad, the second is a good price, but not sure about the reputation of the seller. It is the Mantis speed, not the goliathus as listed.

I'd recommend getting a stitched pad since they are more durable. The Goliathus speed I'm using is great. It's cost is way more than 5 Australian dollars though so as Chugalug said it looks dodgy. At what DPI you're playing CS:GO? Do you prefer less or more resistance (speed or control)? The lower DPI you prefer the bigger the mouse pad should be. Usually CS:GOers prefer low DPI and a bigger mouse pads.

I've been playing on s slippery desk for a while so mousepad will probably change my playstyle drastically

found a $4 deal on ebgames. Cheers
