Cheapest PC Build SKYRIM

Hello.

I want build a PC for Skyrim. The most important for me is what CPU and GPU I should choose. I want play Skyrim (Ultra detail without AA, AF) and with few mods like 2k textures, more grass and better characters textures. I don't want use any ENB.

I think about Pentiums like g3260, g3258 (stock cooler, OC to 4.0-4.2GHz) and new Skylake g4400. Different between i3 and pentium in Skyrim it's too small to spend 2x more money for CPU (in my opinion of course).

If we talk about GPU, maybe good choice is gtx 750 ti, gtx 950 or something from Radeon?

I want use 1080p resolution.

The only thing you're going to play is Skyrim?
You should probably list some other games you'd like to play and it'd be easier to work around that.
This way you don't buy a AMD CPU for a game that's built or badly ported for Intel CPUs
