Question Cheapest pc for 4k movies

hello , i want to make the cheapest possible pc. My purpose is to watch 4k movies only and some very lite browsing.I was thinking for a pentium2 cores with uhd graphics610
what parts do you suggest?thanks in advance

Frist off, you should stylize your post like so, so we know what to look for and what to recommend for you. Secondly, the build recommended here is very much capable of allowing you to watch 4K content at 60Hz. The only caveat is that prices might be higher due to current world situations. As such the follow up suggestion in that previous thread is to buy a prebuilt(with perhaps an APU), which might be a good idea.

Sorry for not stylizing my post right i have to post few months so i dont know the 'rules' . Thank you for your response.i would like to know only if a pentium g6405 with msi h410m-a-pro and 4 gb ram 2400ghz would handle 4k movies.i dont want os or monitor and budges is 200-250€
If the post is still out of rules inform me .
Prebuilded i'll check prebuilded pcs too
