Cheapest PC that runs modern single player games at 60fps - nothing else matters

This might be unusual, but I only care about frame rate. It can be on the lowest graphical settings at 720p as long as it is a stable 60fps for all modern single player games for the next few years.

Seeing into the future and guaranteeing 60FPS 2 or 3 years from now with everything bottomed out is something I can't do.

What about money? I think you care about that so do you have a HARD budget?

Do you have all the peripherals and the OS?

Where will you be shopping? Only US? Cairo, Egypt?

Preferred retailer?

another build would be to use one of the cheap intel g4000 cpu that are under 60.00 and wait for the newer b/h 300 intel chipset micro atx mb to drop. use a locked micro atx mb. you can go with an entry level cpu till you have the funds for newer i3 ir locked i5 cpu. go with a 256g ssd as boot drive now whe nyou have the funds add a 1tb storage drive or larger. a lot of hard drive now you cna get them onsale cheap.
