Cheapest places for computer parts?

Hey guys,

I'm looking to upgrade my current FX 6300 and HD7950. I'm planning to sell the card on eBay and buy a GTX 970, and to buy a used i5 3570k later down the road.

Anyone know of better places to look aside from eBay and Craigslist?

Also,
If you have any suggestions on a graphics card under $200 please tell me them. I'm looking to get the most performance for the money, so used cards are preferred unless somehow I can score a GTX 1060 or something under $200.

If you want cheap graphics cards, nowhere. Pretty much any graphics cards are $50 to 2x more than the prices they were at a few months ago.

Nevermind, I found a GTX 1060 for $205.

Also, why are graphics cards so damn expensive now? I can understand the AMD one and the mining and all that but what's with the NVidia cards as well?

Because all the AMD cards, including the RX 460, are sold out.
